Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Rugby Games site and its games. Using the site means you accept them.
A free service, no account
All games, the archive and the unlimited mode are free and available without an account. The site is meant for personal, non-commercial use. Large-scale automated extraction, any attempt to bypass the protections of the service or to obtain answers before they are published is forbidden.
Minimum age
The site is intended for people aged 13 and over. Younger players use it under the responsibility of an adult.
Accuracy of data
Player data comes from open sources (Wikipedia and Wikidata) and is updated automatically. It is provided without any guarantee of accuracy or completeness. An error in the data does not entitle anyone to compensation; you can report it from the player card.
Reports
Error reports are checked automatically against the sources and are never published. Their free-text comment must not contain unlawful content or personal data about third parties. The publisher may ignore or delete any abusive report.
Intellectual property
The site, its texts, illustrations and code are protected. Player data is redistributed under the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence, with attribution to its sources.
Availability
The publisher strives to keep the service available, without any obligation of result. It may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service, in particular for maintenance.
Liability
The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the site, nor for temporary unavailability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the courts with jurisdiction under ordinary rules will hear the case.

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
